We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting.

Our leather goods are handmade from repurposed leather in small batches. Natural hide markings, texture differences, color variations, and disclosed factory marks are part of each piece’s individual character. These characteristics are not considered defects when accurately shown or described in the listing. They do not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Where a listing offers a specific leather color or hardware combination, please review the selected option, photos, and description before ordering.

Available colors and combinations change as we work through our limited leather supply. We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit purchase quantities at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Updates to a listing do not change the description or terms that applied when you placed an accepted order.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lariet Lane Leathergoods reserves the right to accept or decline an order at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after receiving and processing your payment.

Please review your selected leather color, hardware finish, quantities, and shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email larietlane@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order is accepted.

If we decline, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when you ordered. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it, as reflected in your order confirmation. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, and other events outside our control may affect when your order arrives.

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address when ordering. If you notice an address error, contact larietlane@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email larietlane@gmail.com so we can help investigate and discuss next steps. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law.
